Developer says Opus 5.5 built a full multiplayer shooter

IntCyberDigest says a developer built a full multiplayer shooter, complete with voice chat and destructible terrain, from a single prompt to Claude Opus 5.5.

IntCyberDigest, an AI commentary account on X, said a developer built a full multiplayer shooter from a single prompt to Claude Opus 5.5. The build took one five-hour session on Anthropic's $20-a-month Pro tier, its cheapest paid plan.

The account said it played the finished game and called it "actually very fun," though no other outlet or independent tester has confirmed the claim. The browser-based game includes proximity voice chat, destructible environments, weather effects and matches against bots or other players, according to the post.

Opus 5.5 also connected to Suno to generate the game's music and sound effects. It then uploaded the build to a server and configured Cloudflare, all without the user touching the computer, IntCyberDigest said. The post gave no detail on how the model authenticated to those outside services.

The demo adds to a run of unverified builds developers have attributed to Opus 5.5 since Anthropic shipped the model September 22. Other examples include a rebuilt Ocarina of Time and hand-drawn code animations reported earlier this week. Each case rests on the builder's own account of what the model did unsupervised.
